Reservation

Please make a reservation via our website or by phone (06-6561-7000).
Web reservations are available 24/7. You can choose your preferred pickup date, vehicle class, and insurance plan.

Pickup & Registration

Come to our store on your scheduled date. The registration process usually takes about 10 minutes.
Please bring the following documents:

📋 Required Documents

Driver's License (for all drivers)
Credit Card (Must match the renter's name) *Also serves as ID verification
Foreign Nationals: Passport + International Driving Permit (or Japanese License)
International Licenses: Make sure to review our International License Requirements.

Vehicle Check & Departure

We will check the condition of the vehicle together. Once scratches and equipment are verified, you're ready to go.
Drive safely and enjoy your trip!

Return

Please return the vehicle to the store by your requested return time.
Please return it with a full tank of gas. The staff can direct you to the nearest gas station.

Important Reminders

🚗 Regarding Usage

Specific vehicle models cannot be guaranteed. You will be assigned a vehicle within the reserved class.
All of our vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed in the vehicles.
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas.

⏰ Extensions & Cancellations

If you will be late for your return, you must contact us in advance.
Cancellation fees may apply starting from the day before your reservation.
[Cancellation Fee Targets] Cancellation fees apply only to the "Basic Fee" (rental cost). Extras and insurance are excluded.
*However, in the case of a "no-show" without prior notice, the full total reservation amount will be charged.

🚨 In Case of an Accident

First, ensure safety and call the police at 110.
If anyone is injured, immediately call an ambulance at 119.
Afterward, please contact our store at (06-6561-7000).
If the police are not notified, insurance coverage may not be applied.
