We welcome foreign nationals and those holding international driving permits
If you have an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by a member state of the Geneva Convention (1949), you can rent a car.
If you hold a license from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan, you can rent a car by providing a Japanese translation issued by JAF.
For renters using an international or foreign license, we strongly recommend adding the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Zero Deductible Plan to prepare for any accidents.
For license holders from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan
