Yes, you can cancel your reservation. Cancellation fees vary depending on how close it is to your reservation date.
[About Cancellation Fees] Cancellation fees apply only to the basic rental charge. There are no cancellation fees for options or insurance plans. (*However, in the case of a no-show without prior notice, a fee of 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.) Please check the Terms of Service and Tokushoho for more details.

You can reserve up to 90 days in advance. We recommend reserving early during peak seasons.

You will need a valid driver's license for all drivers. Foreign nationals must bring their Passport and an International Driving Permit (or a Japanese driver's license).

Unfortunately, specific car models cannot be requested. You will be assigned a vehicle within the reserved class. However, some specific models like the Hiace Van or Grand Cabin are specifically assigned.

Yes, please return the vehicle with a full tank. Our staff will inform you of the nearest gas station before departure.

If you are going to be late, please make sure to contact us by phone (06-6561-7000) before your scheduled return time. An extension fee may apply.

Yes, an "After-Hours Return Option" is available. To use it, there are 5 conditions, including enrolling in the "Full Cover (NOC Waiver)" plan and ensuring your rental starts before 8:00 AM the following day. This option cannot be added after departure, so please request it when reserving. For details, see the Options Page.

While basic rentals include unlimited bodily injury and property damage insurance, you are liable for deductibles and Non-Operation Charges (NOC) in case of an accident. We highly recommend adding one of our waiver plans for peace of mind. Check the Insurance Page for details.

CDW Waiver (1,100 JPY/day): Waives the deductible for property and vehicle damage (*Excludes single-car accidents). You will still be charged NOC.
Full Cover / NOC Waiver (2,200 JPY/day): The highest level of coverage. Covers both the deductible and the NOC (Non-Operation Charge).
*For international licenses or Green Licenses, the fee is 2,200 JPY/day for CDW and 4,400 JPY/day for Full Cover.

We require payment by Credit Card (must be in the name of the main driver). This also serves as part of our identity verification, so make sure to bring your own credit card.

Debit Cards are also accepted, but you must additionally present either a Health Insurance Card or Social Security Card.
