If you cancel a reservation, the following cancellation policy applies: ・Up to 7 days before pickup: Free ・6 to 3 days before pickup: 20% of the usage fee ・2 days to 1 day before pickup: 30% of the usage fee ・On the day of pickup or No-show: 50% of the usage fee If cancellation fees apply for a pre-paid reservation, the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card.
