💡 We recommend the CDW or higher for first-time customers.
It minimizes the risk of incurring high out-of-pocket costs in the event of an accident.

What is NOC (Non-Operation Charge)?

NOC (Non-Operation Charge) is a business compensation fee charged for the period a vehicle cannot be rented out due to an accident, damage, or malfunction.

NOC applies in all of the following cases:

Accidents (both multi-vehicle and single-vehicle accidents)
Damage from hit-and-runs, vandalism, etc.
Vehicle breakdowns caused by customer negligence

If you enroll in the "Zero Deductible Plan," the NOC is completely waived (¥0). This is highly recommended for first-time renters or those anxious about driving in Japan.

Cases Excluded from Coverage

⚠️ Drunk driving or driving under the influence of drugs
⚠️ Driving without a valid license
⚠️ Driving by someone other than the registered renter (without prior notice)
⚠️ Failing to report an accident to the police
